Caryl Brannon is a Professional Counselor who believes that the counseling relationship should be one of collaboration, mutual respect, and understanding. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for clients where, together, they can explore clients’ challenges and develop strategies to work through them. Her person-centered approach takes the uniqueness of each client and the systems in which they operate into consideration.
Caryl has been working as a counselor for the past 12 years and has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families. She has helped clients to navigate the various challenges that occur throughout the lifespan including developing a deeper awareness of oneself, exploring and working through negative, anxious and intrusive thoughts, managing conflict, creating healthy relationships, processing loss, coping with stress, managing time, finding motivation, and parenting. While she engages in talk therapy, Caryl also uses alternate and more creative approaches such as play therapy. She strives to meet clients “where they are” and journey with them to self-awareness and change.
Caryl obtained her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Bridgewater State University. Contact us to schedule an appointment with Ms. Caryl.
